Wood Boards & Plywood (Machined)
Wood boards or slabs are first cut logs that are put into a sawmill to be cut and then further processed to create the boards. Plywood, on the other hand, goes through several steps, including rotary cutting of the veneer, bonding of the layers, sawing, sanding, coating, and machining.

Guitar- Machined
My sweet Genevieve is machined and hand-crafted. It is made from a Spruce top and Rosewood back/sides/neck. The headstock (not visible) has metal pegs on it that were lathed into the desirable shape. It was used by machines to cut, shape, and soften just about every part of this baby. I love her, and so should you.
