The electric wheelchair transforms electrical energy into
mechanical motion to produce torque in order to rotate the wheels. This device transports
people who have problems to walk or cannot walk at all.

Electricity Meter
This meter measure the amount of electricity used in a buildings in kilowatts (kw). This is a new electronic meter with a digital display
Laptop Computer
The Laptop computer uses electrical energy directly and it has the capacity to store energy in the battery.
Hand Drill
This is a picture of a hand drill. It converts the chemical energy of the battery acid into electrical energy. Then it converts the electrical energy into mechanical energy to move the drill's nose piece.
Energy-iPhone
iPhones consume energy when they are powered, using electrical energy. The iPhone battery also has the capability to store energy inside its battery using the batteries chemical properties.

Energy: Laptop
This is a picture of my friend's laptop. Laptops consume energy when they are powered, using electrical energy. The laptop battery also has the capability to store energy inside its battery using the batteries chemical properties.
Energy Transformation from a Grill
This is a picture of a grill. The grill converts electrical energy into thermal energy and uses that thermal energy to cook or warm foods.

Power Strip
When this power strip is plugged into a wall socket, and subsequently other devices are plugged into it, it converts electrical energy into an array of other forms of energy, including electrical (phone battery), radiant (laptop screen), heat (lamp), and mechanical (fan) energies.

Electrical Wall Socket
This wall socket provides an outlet for electrical energy. The electrical energy makes it's way through the power grid from the power production plant, where by some method, the mechanical energy of a generator is converted into electrical energy for consumers.

Kindle
This Kindle changes chemical energy from the battery into electrical energy to run the device. This electrical energy is then changed into radiant energy in the form of light to display the book on screen.

Fan
When the fan is turned on, electricity runs through the electrical wiring to the fans motor, which in turn spins the blades. The rotation of the blades creates airflow through the room, which can cool your body when you are perspiring or overheated. A byproduct of the fan motor is heat, as the backside warms as the fan is run for long periods of time. The energy transfer in this immediate system goes from electrical to mechanical and thermal energy.

Laptop Energy
My laptop uses a battery to convert chemical energy into electrical energy. The electrical energy is then converted into radiant energy as seen in the picture above.

Electric Toothbrush
Electrical energy is used as a source to charge the toothbrush,
once the toothbrush is fully charged
the toothbrush uses that energy to clean your teeth.

Iron Electrical Energy Consumption
When an iron is connected to an electrical source, it will use that electricity and convert into heat and light. You will use the heat energy to get wrinkles out of your clothes. It also gets water hot enough to produce steam. Finally the buttons that light up on the iron is how it converts electricity to light.
