The crane in the construction site outside the Littlefield cafe has a pulley and wheel system. It has a six pulley system at the top section of the tower, that is used to raise and lower a heavy hook meant for moving heavy objects. There is also a wheel/pulley system on the side section of the crane arm (right of the picture) that serves as a fastener for the top section, and appears to be in a tightened position, but was in the process of being unwound at the moment of the picture.
